Thelma Reynolds

Thelma May Reynolds, age 94, of Indianapolis, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, December 3, 2008 in Indianapolis. She was born December 9, 1913 in Henry County, Indiana to the late Joseph and Ella (Holloway) Weesner.

She graduated from Harrison Township High School in Delaware County and lived in Henry County for most of her life. She was a member of the Mooreland Friends Meeting. She assisted her husband, Horace in many loving and gentle ways on their farm in Mooreland.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children: Ella Jane (husband: Phil) Brown of Indianapolis, Philip Earl (wife: Sharon) Reynolds of Columbus, OH, Stanley Joseph (wife: Janel) Reynolds of Sugar Grove, IL, Shirley Sue (husband: Al) Mason of Denver, CO and Stephen Reynolds of Mooreland; thirteen grandchildren: eighteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Horace Reynolds; a sister: Margaret Reese; a brother: Frederick Weesner.

Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 6, 2008 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Reverend Keith Grove officiating. Burial will follow in Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
