Toby Ray Haynes

Toby Ray Haynes, 48, of New Castle passed away at his residence on Thursday, October 17, 2024. He was born September 16, 1976 in Pekin, IL, a son of Debra (Bailey) Horton and the late Tony Haynes.

Toby was employed as an independent contractor. In New Castle. A mechanic, he also loved working on his truck.

He is survived by his mother, Debra Horton of New Castle; step-mother; Mary Haynes of Pekin, IL; sister, Nikki Haynes of New Castle; brothers, Jeremy, Jason and Ian Goodwin, all of Pekin, IL; two nephews, Cody and Aaron Trier, both of New Castle and a niece, Bailey Haynes of Berwyn, IL.

Toby was preceded in death by his father, Tony Haynes and his loving dog, Remi.
