Toni A Thurston

Toni Ann Thurston, 53, of New Castle, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 4, 2011 in her home. She was born September 1, 1957 in New Castle, a daughter of the late William “Bill” and Norma (Sidwell) Toloday.

Toni attended New Castle Schools and enjoyed playing computer games, especially Face book. A very social person, she enjoyed spending time with her friends and family.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Jeff Thurston, grandchildren, Jacob, Zoe, and Josiah; her sister, Marla Nicholson (partner, Jennifer Bertram) of New Castle; her nephew, Erik Nicholson of Louisville, KY; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Norma Toloday.

Graveside services will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2011 at Green Hills Memory Gardens with the Reverend Carol Wiley officiating. Burial will follow. Memorial contributions may be given to the charity of the donor’s choice. Online condolences may be expressed at www.hinsey-brown.com .
