Tracy L. Craig

Tracy L. Craig, 85, a former resident of Martinsville passed away Friday, February 3, 2023 in Ft. Wayne, IN. She was born January 10, 1938 in Haldeman, Kentucky to the late Charles and Lillie (Bowen) Stinson.

Tracy was a 1955 graduate of Knightstown High School. She married the late Robert G. Craig on June 25, 1997. Tracy retired from Lucent Industries after 25 years of service and also retired from Home Bank. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and enjoyed her grandchildren, basketball, football, baking and flowers.

Survivors include three daughters: Markie (John) Sichting of Martinsville, Connie (Bruce) Jones of Sturgis, MI and Toni (Robert) Witzig of Ft. Wayne; two grandsons: Randy (Sarah) Sichting and Ryan (Amber) Sichting; five granddaughters: Mandy Sichting, Sadie Jones, Keelie Jones, Rebekah Witzig and Alexandria Witzig; two great-grandsons: Grayson and Noah Sichting; two nieces: Julie Toepper and Carol Chambers and a great-nephew: David Chambers.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by an infant son, two infant daughters, a brother: Lemuel Stinson, Sr., a sister: Anna Cleo Stinson and a nephew: Lemuel Stinson, Jr.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, Knightstown Chapel with Pastor Bob Herman and Eddie Swinigan officiating.
