Treesa C. (Jackson) Jarvis, age 48, of Knightstown, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2011 at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis. She was born November 3, 1962 in Rushville, Indiana to Robert A. Jackson and Barbara (Stevens) Craig.
She was a member of the Henry County Saddle Club. Treesa enjoyed cooking, photography, horses, flowers, traveling and all kinds of animals.
Survivors include her husband of nearly 27 years, Keith Jarvis of Knightstown; a daughter, Amber Jarvis of Noblesville; a granddaughter, Haley Neel; her mother, Barbara Craig of Knightstown; brothers, Steve (wife, Sandy) Jackson of Carthage and Jim (wife, Sherri) Jackson of New Castle; sister, Debi Jackson of Indianapolis; step sister, Cindy (husband, Mike) Murphy of Andalusia, AL; step brother, Mark (wife, KC) Merritt of Ewa Beach, HI; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert A. Jackson; step-father, David L. Craig; step mother, Ruby (Goble) Jackson; a step brother, Lonnie Merritt.
Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 14, 2011 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel with Reverend Gene Bennett officiating. Friends may call from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be given to the Henry County Heart Association, 1000 N. 16th Street, New Castle, IN 47362, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
