Vivian P. Epperson, 85, formerly of Knightstown, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at Golden Rule Care Center in Richmond. She was born January 14, 1926 in Hope the daughter of Edward and Menerva Barmes.
She had worked as a cook at Laughners Cafeteria in Indianapolis and at G 2 Restaurant in Knightstown.
Vivian is survived by children: Herbert L. (wife, Jerry) Epperson Jr. of Fairland; David H. Epperson of Indianapolis; Gregg F. Epperson of Noblesville; Tammy (husband, John) Springman, Jr. of Carthage; and Bill J. Kunkel (fiancé: Tammy Stone) of Knightstown; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter: Jerri Wheeler.
Private services will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association 50 E 91st St. Suite 100 Indianapolis, IN 46209.
