William J. Foulke

February 22, 1962 — March 6, 2012

William J. Foulke, 50, of New Castle, passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2012 due to complications from Multiple Sclerosis and Diabetes. He was born February 22, 1962 in Noblesville, the son of Arnold and Loretta (Tyson) Foulke.

Bill was a 1980 graduate from Noblesville High School and a 1983 graduate of ITT. Prior to his disability, Bill worked at Manutek, Cabot Safety Corporation, and Lockheed Martin. He was a member of New Castle First Church of the Nazarene, formerly a member of Indianapolis Westside Church of the Nazarene and Indianapolis First Church of the Nazarene.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years: Judy (Murray) Foulke; two sons: Michael and Jacob; his mother: Loretta Foulke of Noblesville; mother-in-law: Gladys Greer Murray of Cumberland; sister: Becky (Alan) Warren of Indianapolis; brother: Brian (Becky) Foulke of Fishers; sisters-in-law: Cherie Schisler of Cumberland, Susan (Kirby) Popplewell of Indianapolis, Valerie Murray of Cumberland, Candi (Bill) Burdine of Greenfield; former sister-in-law: Jamie Waterman of Noblesville; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father: Arnold Foulke; father-in-law: Herbert Murray; nephew: Jonathan Warren; paternal grandparents: Russell and Hildreth Foulke; maternal grandparents: Clifford and Adelaide Tyson.

A celebration of Bill’s persevered life and God’s unfailing faithfulness will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, March 10, 2012 at the First Church of the Nazarene in New Castle with Pastors Danny Goddard, Kirby Popplewell and Woody Kreuzinger officiating. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions are welcomed at the Hancock Regional Hospital Wound Center or Hancock Regional Hospice Program. Envelopes will be available at the church.
